Reservation Policies

All rooms are non-smoking
Extra person - $12.00 per night

Check-In after 2:00 PM
Check-Out before 10:00 AM
Reservation deposits guaranteed by credit card are not refundable.
These rates are already discounted for advanced reservations, AAA discounts, senior citizens, and other discount programs.
Rates do not apply to conventions, groups, weekends, and holidays.
Sorry, no pets.
Add 5% to the above rates to determine full rate.
Room preference accepted, however, rooms are guaranteed by type A - F, not by specific room number or floor.

Deposits and Cancellations

A deposit of two days rental is required to confirm reservation.
Deposit is applied to the last day(s) of your reservation.
In case of cancellation, we are happy to refund 50% of your deposit if notified at least two weeks before arrival date.
Full deposit may be applied to a later date during current season, depending on availability, if vacation is rebooked at time of cancellation.
Refund may not be applied to next season and is non-transferable.
There are no refunds on early check-outs or no-shows.
No refunds on credit card reservation deposit

Payments

Your balance is due in full at check-in and is payable in cash, travelers checks, money orders or certified check at the already discounted cash rate.
Major credit cards are welcome at full rate

Parking

Parking limited to one car per unit regardless of size or type of accommodation with the exception of D-Deluxe which is limited to two cars.
Ample free street parking is available nearby.

All reservations are subject to confirmation as well as strikes, failure of guests to vacate or causes or conditions beyond our control.
